The component conveying capacity is relatively weak, capable of establishing back pressure and prolonging material dwell time. By adjusting the kneading disc angle (30°/45°/60°/90°), the shear strength can be regulated to meet different mixing process requirements.
Common internal mixer components are arranged in the melting section and mixing homogenization section of the screw, primarily used in the mixing process for systems such as modified plastics, masterbatch, filled composites, and polymer alloys.
